I don't know

Sometimes it is not easy to recognise how you are feeling. Visit your GP or seek professional support if you are unsure or complete this mental health self-assessment checklist first which will act as a guide.

Call 000 in an emergency or contact the Mental Health Emergency Response Line (MHERL)
on 1300 555 788 if you feel you or someone else is at risk of harm.

GP and professional support:

GP's can provide support or refer you to a support service or a mental health specialist such as a psychologist or psychiatrist. Visit how your GP can help for more information. Before consulting a GP it is important to ask the receptionist to book a longer appointment, so there is plenty of time to discuss the situation without feeling rushed.
